Braco, the instructor, speaks with passion about changing habits to enable weight loss. The advice given is not radically new, but I like the way Braco presents. I also like that there are transcripts, engagement assignments and a nice card to use for a 30-day weight loss challenge (actually installing a related helpful habit). Note that this is a course on habit chaging for weight loss (it does not cover all aspects of weight loss). Also note that I first took this course two years ago and was dissapointed back then because of the bad quality of video and audio, and the lack of notes and exercises for engagement. I appreciate that Braco took my concerns very seriously and re-produced the course which now is of very good quality and really useful.
