This course is perfect for you if you have some previous dance experience.
If you have never danced I suggest an easier course….once you have mastered that one
come and have some fun with Jasmine and Sheru.
The course is just under 3 hour in length, if you are at an intermediate level you can master it in between 6 to 9 hours.
If you are a beginner 9 to 12 hours of training minimum.
You can utilise this course as a workout , the more times you complete it the stronger and more flexible you’ll become.

Watching Jasmin Meakin’s Youtube videos, I always get discouraged. The dance routine itself is beyond amazing but appears very complicated. I resign myself to not ever being able to learn such sophisticated dance moves. But Jasmin’s teaching method of breaking down each step into its component parts going over one body part at a time, SLOWLY, made it possible for me to learn the steps. Before I knew it I could dance the entire dance routine and people who’ve watched me dance LOVE IT! Thanks, Jasmin! You’re the best!

This course is fun and extremely well thought out. Me gustó el curso en general ya que pude aprender nuevos pasos, pude ejercitar el cuerpo, fue muy divertido, las explicaciones fueron muy comprensibles, l coreografía me pareció creativa, inspiradora aun que me habría gustado que se agregara reforzamiento de pasos de la coreografía aparte.
