    As someone with horrible flexibility, I’m pleased with how accessible this course is for me. It’s challenging enough for me to make progress without being too difficult for me to follow along. I’ve been doing a mix of the flows every day since I bought the course, and I’m already seeing results. I’d recommend this course to any lifter looking to improve their mobility.

    i have previously attended a yoga class which then stopped and have found it difficult to find what i call a ‘proper’ yoga class rather than one that’s more gym like.     After going through the course I can say it is making a difference. I feel more flexible and open in my hips and shoulders (problem areas). I am going to continue to use the routines moving forward, as I feel they are doing what I want, helping me loosen up areas tight from my normal training routine (which includes weight/powerlifting). Kassandra makes it very accessible, explains things well, and gives you quite a few different routines (based on the same core principles and flows) so you can find what works best for you. I’ve personally found four that are really great for me (the others are still great, but several really hit the spot for me). I’ve have a yoga routine I’ve used quite a bit in the past, and I like this course and its variety better.

    I love the different classes contained in this course. I have done each many times. The night yin yoga is my favourite as it helps stretch tight, sore muscles before bed. I wake up feeling rested and ready for another full day of gym, work & family

    I think it will likely be a good match…for a beginner’s course a deeper explanation of each motion may have helped me get over it and build a foundation of knowledge and terminology that would assist me in getting more from future lessons.

    Kassandra is great! I am a powerlifter who struggles with tightness throughout my body. With just a week of practice I can see dramatic increase in my body. For the first time in months I feel a sense of calm run through my body. Tightness is relieved and flexibility is better.

    5 stat is “Amazing, above expectations”. Personally the course helps me a lot with my tight hips and hamstrings. Kasandra does an excellent job as an instructor.

    I have found that downward facing dogs are hard on my wrists. This could be due to my tightness or being heavy, so I will have to see how that works in a long run.

    But since this helped with my flexibility and recovery a lot, I purchased again and recommend it.

    I really like this yoga for weightlifters class. I like the explanations of the muscle groups as we go through the practice. It’s a great compliment to working out at the gym. I appreciate that the classes are about 30 minutes, it makes it easy to find time to do my yoga practice.
