i am only using this program. every stroke in the course is now to me. brush the ball. that is a key initial idea that is so foreign to me, but i love working on it

i would like too learn how to RETURN back spin serve. i think the only service return was on the side spin serve which was to use back spin. same for returning the back spin serve?

Material is basic. Very good for giving pointers to new players at senior center. I learned several things, e.g., movement, body position and stroke technique that have helped improve my play. I would have liked a little more details for serves but realize this is a basic course.

Hello, thank you for your advices. No one did study for sports exams on 2021. Clubs are closed for adults but it did affect teenagers who don’t have sports in their schools in the kind of professional diploma I aim because they study in business and I study at home, (their hours in clubs are different but they must pay extra too). I did watch your videos and pretended to play in front of my screen, mostly the day before. At exams I even had to explain to teenagers how to play table tennis, although usually I’m last one in sports, I was very nice with them, and for once in my life, and it’s first and last time, I did finish at 2nd place. Because it has been 3 years that all teenagers haven’t done any sports. I could have done more efforts so to finish 1st place, but the level wasn’t there yet, true my opponent didn’t study it at all, but she did knew all rules and how to play, because she remembered well of 3 years ago, she must have been very good. I’m an adult, and I have never in my life expected to win a match in any sports. So it’s difficult for me to admit I won. I think self-confidence even over things that are set to be impossible aims for me, should be improved. I have no problem in giving a try on new things. I did one year of beginner level in table tennis last year. Although forces are often set against me, it’s good to know that I still can win, or can progress, or can succeed. It’s unexpected and impossible. But that means never say never. Thank you !
