I thought it was a good course. It was informative but didn’t feel like the techniques were out of reach for the everyday individual. Plus with the fact that most other massage courses essentially required you to get a massage table, because they were more meant for someone that is going into the field of massage therapy, it drove home that this course was more meant for everybody in their everyday life.

Its pretty good advice, and the instructor focuses a lot on understanding and feeling your partner both verbally and through touch. That said, there are times where the background music is louder than the person speaking.

Very knowledgeable, but I wish that a paper or something that you could download was available for reference. Also, I realise that this course is some year’s old, but the audio needs considerable improvement. A good range of techniques taught though. As a starter course very good.
