I enjoyed this course it was very well done. Between this and Marcin’s Curves class I have a much better understanding of curves, and will use it more. It is nice to see how others, including instructors work on images. It is also nice to see the different ways of doing the same thing. Kasia worked at a pace that was easy to follow. She also used repetition in the learning process, to reinforce the learning process. This class also featured a lot of masking. To me all of the images were enhanced by just using a touch of color. I would have liked to have seen Kasia work to enhance the color on the first portrait.

es un curso muy bueno, pero en algunas cosas es muy redundante, hay cosas que se podrían hacer con mas agilidad y gastar menos tiempo y que a la vez se vuelva mas dinámico. en lo personal, pasando lo que fue el primer capitulo, la primer modelo, el curso se volvió un poco lento y monótono, así mismo a mi me hubiese gustado que la instructora hubiese mostrado el contenido del llenado de las mascaras de capa que utilizaba, fuera de eso, es un curso bien explicado, de fácil entendimiento y concreto en su esencia.

This course was overall an incredible introduction to heightening the quality and depth photographs – especially using curves and masks to make small, detailed edits to create dimensionality. The one big drawback is that the instructor prefers her photos either black and white or extremely desaturated, so all of her shadow/ color adjustments end up having no real direct application if you personally want to keep your photo in color – as most people do pretty often.
