I felt great when I started as I had already recorded some gameplay that I wanted to try edit but once I had finished trimming, editing and speeding up the clips, I realized that the next section was about using Adobe Premiere?? This made me feel like I had wasted all my time in DaVinci Resolve since most of the tutorial videos were done in Adobe Premiere and I was not about to do all that editing again any time soon! In conclusion, it was slightly unnecessary to teach 2 different editing software applications, i.e. both Davinci Resolve AND Adobe Premiere, and that it would have been more effective had we focused on only 1 of them. Other than this, the course truly did spark my enthusiasm and I can see myself editing videos in the future.
