This course was not a good match for me as i felt it was kind of specific to an older student with ADHD and I wanted to learn strategies to help young children aged 4 to 12 . I felt it was good for an adult with ADHD but i was looking for a different angle as a special needs assisteant .

Concise, straight to the point with great actionable ideas.

I don’t have ADHD but I work with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities so learning from courses like this is useful for what I do. I really liked the S.T.R.E.S.S Analysis and the 2 Part Break for Productivity. This has definitely got me thinking about what I can do differently with a particular student I work with 1:1. Thank you!

This course is perfect for a person with ADD/ADHD. The lectures are delivered in small bites and can be finished in one week instead of eight. I really have a new perspective on the relationship between focus and motivation and on the nature of meditation. I will come back to this course again for inspiration and motivation.

Lots of great actionable tips and great delivery. I think the different outdoor locations and even the wind noise actually help hold the attention by introducing variety. Thanks, I now have new strategies to try to tap into my ADHD potential.
