Information was helpful. The presentation was somewhat boring, could use a little spicing up. Some diagrams would have been nice. Overall a good introductory course.

I am a woman who has never had any experience on a professional level excavating a trench, but I do like to get out in the dirt and rocks and all that type of thing. I have dug a few trenches in my life, just not to this magnitude. I wanted to learn something new and unusual and I did. I appreciate this lesson and hope to take more in the future. Thank you for this opportunity to do so.

Though it is not my profession the class seems extremely informative for someone who would need this for work. As far as my intended use of the info goes, the information provided so far may be useful in character creation (employment / skills), dialogue, and / or creation of scenes. I’ve learned more than a few useful things so far. Of course, since this class is mostly geared toward work safety it is likely that I will look for additional information later that better fits the intended fictional environment.

I enjoyed the material and the instructor was very proficient in the subject matter. But the slides were not always clear, sometimes fuzzy and difficult to read.
Mark Miller –
I enjoyed the coarse and found it informative, however the slides need to be clearer because the information was hard to follow while trying to make out a picture or comments on a slide.
