In this course you will learn how to meditate like a Taoist Master! It covers the types of Qi energy, taoist sitting meditation and taoist standing meditation. In addition, it includes 15 min and 25 min guided meditation MP3s and a full 30 minute interview with Master Gu.

The main reason of my rating is the course originality. It’s true that it’s not perfect: you can hear noises on the background and the script is not the greatest (questions from behind the camera for example). But a few minutes of meditation with the eyes closed and hearing the birds and the rustle of the trees is a unexpected pleasant surprise.
