The ONLY aspect of this entire course that I did not like, was when Julian was talking with gum in his mouth. In some of the FIRST lessons. Truly nearly turned me away, I looked into a refund. So thankful that wasn’t consistent and BEYOND thankful I took this course! Cannot wait to practice all I learned.

Julian brings great energy and passion to this course. It was very informative and is helping me make decisions on what gear to buy. I am the type that wants to go overboard with good gear when learning something new but now I see even pros aren’t doing everything in 4K with high end gear.
I am looking forward to diving in to more of Julian’s courses.

I really enjoyed this course. Even when hearing things that I already knew it kept me interested and listening. But overall it has helped me to think a lot more creatively about the shots that I get and that film is all about the creativity and the story that you want to tell.

    The course is really basic.
You can literally learn all these things if you chill 2 hours on youtube.. Also, it was talking like A LOT about i-phones.. It’s Videography guide, and the most time he talk about vloggers etc. and i-phone. Overall not happy.

Depth of material didn’t meet my expectations. If I’m buying a course instead of just browsing a topic on youtube, I expect good course structure, more in depth theory, and technical details. All three of those aspects had me wanting unfortunately.
