Kedar Bhalchandra Sohani –
I took up this course to update/ upgrade my knowledge. I was satisfied by the practical examples used to explain the selection and sizing of solar systems.
Yoshito Ito –
Great for beginners. Simple and clear and enough practical lectures. The slides are sometimes messy but easy to understand. A great first step for me, thank you.
Moses Kitche –
The introduction and content is very good but I expected more practical than theory
Laura Takasaki –
it’s hard to understand him because of the thick acent. Also, he’s the main focus, but it should be the powerpoints. Also, very dry presentation – it’s like reading a textbook
Junaid Ali –
The speed of the course is very high, it should have little more details on off grid and on grid application
Rafael Soares –
This was a very good overview with just enough detail to make it a bit more than a basic course
Carol Dawete –
The solar system its a very good idea when we electricity failure we use solar, solar take energy from the sun. We not suffering when we not electricity in our homes we use solar.
Elionora Reyes –
Good info and lots of details
Jeremy Siedschlag –
The Quiz 3 needs to be updated to reference the correct download materials. Lecture 24 does not contain the materials needed as part of the quize.
Austin Kurt –
The course is definitely informative, especially since I’m not electrical bias, I believe I’m capable of setting up a complete unit from what I’ve learnt
Anne Le Bescond –
Very interesting to come back to the basics of Solar PV
Abdulhalim Yazid –
I was expecting a bit more hands on approach with more visual demonstrations to the whole course. For instance for someone new, i expected a module to be demonstrated, defined and shown its features, inverters and so on.
Furthermore, it is assumed that whoever is taking the course has some knowledge in the sciences.
