Fantastic course! I would suggest that anyone interested in country style guitar, and the merging of country/pop/rock ala eagles and most of the songs on country radio right now spend time.

Vinnie is the right guy for the job. The course spends a lot of time explaining the same ol’ basics, has some useful licks to play with, but it’s short, and sweet.

O Curso é ótimo, muito bom o conteúdo abrange praticamente tudo sobre guitarra country. Ensina uma música muito legal com licks que trazem influência de grandes guitarristas de country. Após o final do curso, você com certeza irá dominar o chicken picken, e os double stops, além disto terá um bom conhecimento dos banjo rolls, porém não tem muito licks de banjo rolls, o foco é realmente no chicken picking, que vc com certeza aprenderá bem.
A forma do professor falar é bem calma e dá para entender muito bem o que é dito se possuir um nível intermediário de inglês.
Apesar de o curso possuir legendas em inglês e ser possível utiliza-las caso você não entenda muito bem o inglês, acho que usar as legendas não é muito bom, porque elas parecem ser geradas automaticamente pelo sistema, apresentando algumas palavras incorretas.. além disto, elas ficam sobre a guitarra, em vários momentos o que atrapalha um pouco, mas como disse dá para usar. Devido a isto preferi deixar elas de lado e forçar meu ouvido no inglês. 😀
Quanto ao conteúdo não tenho nenhuma crítica, é ótimo.
Minha sugestão é apenas na questão do enquadramento da câmera que poderia enquadrar um pouco mais para cima de forma a deixar as legendas um pouco mais para baixo. Além disto, poderia ser feito um trabalho de tradução manual do conteúdo para que as legendas sejam melhor entendidas, e após isto, poderiam ser traduzidas em vários idiomas….

Practicing and lots of finger/muscle repetition helped me through this course. I started the course 2 years ago, while living in Florida, got up to lesson 8, and could not download all the pdf’s. An email to Vinnie D, cured that as he emailed all the pdfs. In the meantime I got sidetracked with other issues and a move to Northern California. When I restarted the course last month, from lesson one I got to lesson eight with missing pdfs. I went back thru all the Q&A’s and found where he’d sent me the missing material 2 years ago; so I worked thru every lesson & pdf. Gotta’ really practice and move your fingers to get the sound that you want. All of the material and instructions are there; Just keep picking’ & Grinin’ and it will develop. Being 76 with arthritis in my hands & fingers don’t help, However, I consider that as another challenge to beat to play guitar & dobro before I start getting old. I will take more of Vinnie D’s courses; I’ve already completed several.
