Definitely recommend this course if you have little knowledge of FL studio 12. Although he does go quite fast through things, i love how he explains extra content as well that are sometimes beyond basics. Also a really great course because he is an amazing contact to have, as he knows people in the music industry. I took a previous course on Udemy to learn FL studio, also marked for beginners, and i would say that this a great progression from that as he explains more fascinating things that pros use in production.
Also, most of the stuff, that i’ve seen so far, is focused around trap or rap genre although i want to try making electro house, this is really useful to learn choppy beats and for composition

I’ve been using FL Studio for years, now, so, so far, I haven’t really learned anything new, but what has been communicated thus far has been clear and pretty precise. That being said, the presentation is kind of slack. I wish the unnecessary repetition, and stream of conscious narration could have been cut down. They make the videos drag on too much. This makes the experience a little boring and feels like I’m wasting my time a little bit. Otherwise, it’s good. I’m picking up skills and ideas I hadn’t considered before that will help me with my future projects, so overall, this has been useful. I just wish the presentation could have been tightened up.

Great course, this is for sure a must try! I have learnt loads of things. You will cover a lot about EQ, Compressors, Limiters, Synths and so on.

The course made me learn a lot that I didn’t even know. First of all, before i took this course i made 3 house tracks, i thought they sounded ok, well when i found out about the information in this course, i checked those tracks and they sounded like a chalkboard being scratched by nails. After getting the knowledge provided from Evan, it made things sound much more better and bigger, plus bonuses that i never knew were in this course such as unknown plugins and sample packs, i use them now in every track and has made a huge improvement on my production. So if you are looking into seeing why your sounds sound like unpleasent screeches, then I do recommend taking this course.

He’s a great guy funny at times but I think I know more about the program than he put in this course. This course is all you need to use FL Studio like a pro and the method of teaching used by the instructor is awesome , the way he changes his level of teaching for a beginner to a professional level in quite amazing ,this course is worth spending your money and is surely the best online course for Fl Studio,but the instructor is quite irresponsible and will never reply to your messages and is not going to help in promoting your song , well in other words he is an ass hole

Not a very good course. Don’t waste your money on this. I purchased it about a year ago and just got around to learning it.
When he puts it all together at the end to show us how to make a completed finished song All of the sample files were missing.
He couldn’t be bothered to include the audio that was missing in the Equaliser settings section. He said the sound file got messed up, so he is showing us what to do whilst tweaking the knobs so that we can listen to the difference in sound but there is no sound from the software, just his voice-over explaining why it sounds the way it does. Very unprofessional.
It would have been an excellent course because he spoke very clearly but sadly that’s not enough.
